Orders will be processed 1-3 working days. Delivery time 2-5 business days depending on load and order volume. The goods are shipped after payment of the order.

All items purchased at dmgrill.com have a manufacturer guaranty- 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return of products
It is possible to return the product according to the terms of the distance contract – 7 days if customer not satisfied with it. The item must be unused. We reimburse the value of the item and the delivery costs. We will not refund the shipping costs on return. There is no return option for a personalized item made to the customer’s specific specifications and preferences. The exception is a non-conforming product or a defective product. It is possible to return or replace the item with a defect and in cases where the item received does not match the picture and description.
